Couverdon is active on Vancouver Island, from Sooke to Campbell River. We work closely with communities on creative ways our land can help meet a diversity of real estate needs.

Campbell River Airport Land

We worked with Campbell River and the Agricultural Land Commission to transfer this land from the Agriculture Land Reserve (ALR) and make it available for economic development. Over 400 hectares of better agricultural land were put back into the ALR in exchange.

  • 166 hectares of commercial - and industrial-zoned land next to Campbell River Airport
  • serviced land zoned and ready for development, from about 2 hectares to larger parcels
  • highway access
  • available now

Jubilee Heights

We are proposing rezoning that would be aligned with the OCP and its density allowances and provide options for more diverse housing forms and the associated social, economic, and ecological benefits of compact communities. Click here for a copy of our application.

  • 65 hectares of serviced land in Campbell River at Dogwood Street and Jubilee Parkway
  • designated in the OCP as a proposed new neighbourhood
  • 3 minutes from the main highway
